We build and operate AI systems for the physical and financial realities of this continent — land, resources, money, and the institutions that manage them.
Xuremi is not a consultancy that resells foreign models, and it is not a research group. We own the hard parts: satellite data pipelines, training datasets, model deployment, private inference environments, and the mobile-money rails African businesses actually use.
Our work is judged by one test — whether an inspector, a regulator, or a business owner can act on the output the same day.

We own the hard part
Satellite ingestion, dataset engineering and model training are ours. That takes years to build and cannot be prompted into existence.
We build for African ground truth
Models trained on European or North American terrain, land use and infrastructure fail here. Ours are trained on what this continent actually looks like.
We ship to production
Live payment rails. Deployed models. Client systems running when nobody is watching. Not demos.
We understand the buyer
Government procurement, evidence standards for regulators and mobile-money constraints are not obstacles we discovered late. They are the design brief.
